Many people say that kids are kids and that they do not need to eat healthy. Well, this is not true. It is actually just an excuse of those who are simply tired of trying to teach their kids to eat fruits and vegetables. However, this is a very bad attitude, let me explain why.

Usually, people stat eating healthy and taking care of their body after they are diagnosed with some disease, or when they start being scared of dying too soon or getting a disease. Which usually does not happen before you turn 30.
