Has it ever happened to you? You went to bed early because you knew that you had to wake up early the next morning (perhaps you had an important meeting, or something) but for some reason, maybe the stress or whatever, you could not fall asleep until 3 a.m. And you knew that the morning was going to be difficult.
Well, this sometimes happens to all of us. And it actually makes us not wake up at the time we intented to. But how should we change that? Let´s have a look together, shall we?
Avoid pressing the snooze button. The few minutes of sleep that you want so much are only going to make it worse.
Expose yourself to sunlight, it will help you wake up.
Take a cold shower. Start with a warm water and then slowly switch to colder and colder.
Have a quick workout – if you can.
Cover your dark circles with eye cream.
Have a cup of coffee.
Have a healthy and tasty breakfast – avocado, eggs, or chicken salad would be good.
Drink the water. You need to stay hydrated.
Go outside between 1 and 3 p.m.
Listen to some good energizing music.
Do not sleep for longer than 8 hours the next night.
