The first day – Take care to get enough sleep. Do not go to bed late, especially if you have to wake up early. You need to have at least 8 hours of sleep. So, make sure you go to bed 9 hours earlier than you have to wake up. Forget about taking your phone or computer with you. Leave them in another room.
The second day – Meditate during the day. Take some deep breaths and imagine a giant sponge that is absorbing all your problems away.
Day three – go for a walk. Walking always helps. Leave your phone at home and focus on the surroundings.
Day four – think about the thought that is causign the anxiety for long enough to make it seem boring. Only this way will you realize that the thought is just a thought and it is really not important.
Day five – Postpone your thoughts. Write a list to preserve them, but do not obsess with them all the time.
Day six – appreciate the fact that you have worries. Because sometimes it is good to double check things and to keep things in mind when you need to.
Day seven – stop using Google to search for diagnosis.
